RESIDENTIAL HOME INSPECTION
Whether you are a prospective BUYER, a SELLER wanting an inspection before listing, or a HOMEOWNER looking to maintain your home; we conduct a thorough visual inspection of the interior and exterior of your home. Major components, including primary appliances, HVAC, electric, and plumbing are checked for proper installation and functionality. POOL & SPA INSPECTIONS
Our inspector will examine your pool and/or spa through visual and mechanical means. Areas of interest include pool equipment, electrical supply, mechanical pool components, and safety concerns around the pool and pool deck.
INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY
True Grit Inspections LLC is proud to offer the add-on service of Infrared Thermography (thermal imaging inspections). This type of inspection is truly a step into the future of home inspection. Thermal imaging helps discover home issues that would potentially not be seen during a typical home inspection through the use of an infrared camera and a specially trained home inspector. Thermal imaging inspections are optional and will be included with the results of the inspection report. Our Certified Residential Thermographer will make every attempt to provide a detailed Infrared Thermographic Evaluation.
MANUFACTURED HOMES – HUD COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATIONS
When buying a manufactured home (built after 15 June 1976), your lender will require a Manufactured Home HUD Certification to ensure the home is properly affixed and secured. This may include a Permanent Foundation Certification and/or an Additions-Modifications Certification. It also evaluates whether or not the home has ever been moved from its 1st Permanently Installed Location. We have partnered with MFD Home Certifications, US LLC to provide this service. Please contact us, then simply complete our ONLINE ORDER FORM and our team will immediately go to work for you.
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY INSPECTION
We assist business owners in understanding the true condition of their potential property investment. Our exhaustive inspection includes a detailed visual examination of the interior and exterior property. Expect to receive a personalized inspection report with photographs within just 24 hours. Normal operating controls will be run on the major systems including plumbing, HVAC, electric, appliances, and more. Be confident that your property is ready to house your next big endeavor.
RE-INSPECTIONS
Re-Inspections are offered by request for homes or commercial properties we have previously inspected. Having your property reevaluated before closing gives you one last opportunity to catch any missed causes for concern or newly developed issues.
